In this session, Cassaundra will introduce you to the practice, then guide you using techniques that boost your metabolism, burn calories and tone.
This practice can be very fun, so join in!
When you perform breathing exercises, the fat cell shrinks and the carbon dioxide trapped in the cell is exhaled out of the body. Note your heart rate before and after a fast breathing session. You can see a substantial increase in heart rate. Your fast breathing will activate your diaphragm to push the lungs and places high demand on the heart to supply blood, thus burning more calories. Breathing deeply and consistently can enhance your resting metabolic rate, leading to increased calorie burn even at rest.
All classes are recorded so, don't worry if you miss a class, you can still register and watch at your convenience as many times as you want.
